Considering this companies and this Sole Board Members Track Record they are not going to be in that 1% of companies that it is not the kiss of death for. If the company is hinting at a reverse split only 4 months after raising the A/S to 10 Billion and dumped 2.2 Billion of those shares in that same length of time this company is done and will just be written off as another great pinky scam that didnt make it.
The weight of the class action lawsuits alone will break this companies back if they do R/S this soon after starting the Pump and Dump.
