My strategy follows one basic rule.

Initially invest only half of the projected final amount. If the price declines, invest the other half as long as the story remains the same. Once the story improves, I buy more but the result is an average price that goes up.

CALCQ has been the rare "question mark" for me. Normally, I am fairly good at timing bottoms. My average cost is $.68. The initial buy was at $.82. I have paid prices as high as $1.00 and low as $.35. I continue to average down, but at a much slower pace.

It does appear to be. Only concern I have is what comes out of the negotiations they are doing right now...common may get dampened.

If you take notice the pps began its severe decline the day after the exclusivity period expired...that makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes.
