I just called 501-952-8110 and spoke to Scott Bryden -- nice guy. He confirmed that Brightstar Information Technology Group, the publicly traded company, went out of business in April 2009. He had worked for them. He started his own company, Brightstar Consulting, Inc.
One company has nothing to do with the other, legally, and anyone who suggests otherwise is mistaken or just plain lying.
