I think it has the potential to be big, but until it becomes validated with some more specifics, it's nothing worth reacting to.
OEM's would bring a steady revenue stream, which is exactly what this company needs. Who's to say what the size of these companies are.... but again until its substantiated, it'd be hard to advise someone to go bullish.
