A scheme to manipulate a stock and drive it into the ground is also illegal...that's why there are new rules coming into effect to address the shorts/NSS in the markets.
And this happens to most if not all stocks in one form or another...and that is the corrupt markets we live in today. CDIV is a prime example. It's not investors that dictate the value or PPS of a stock, a stock can be manipulated either way. And that is not a fair and orderly market...the only way to have this issue addressed is to fight it head on. The den is not looking to manipulate the market, we are looking for accountability in the market and fairness.
So keep saying the same thing over and over again. I didn't see a short squeeze did you?
