Street has a lot of IPOs to float coming up so don't look for real objective stock downgrades coming out.

IBM has reached all the major brokerage firms target price. So they have 2 choices: raise guidance or downgrade on valuation basis.

Which do you think they are going to do now that it looks like party is starting to heat up on no other firm basis excpet bear is 32 months old.
