So speaks someone firmly divorced from reality.

They actually seem to very consistently provive very similar levels of service to 99% of their customers. It's not good service though.

LT blockbuster is screwed - they are going to thrash around dying for 5-10 years and in the process will take many with them as they discount and make service ever more enticing.

How low does it have to go for you guys to wake up?
