In edit, and here we go, in ATK at $57.68, LOD so far, but there is a good chance it will go lower.

That is right, I just took off a modest $.52 from that second USPI, sold it here at $20.48, will wait for another sub $20 opportunity. Getting ready to enter ATK again here.
