it doesn't take a genius or software to know that when we get major lows on major indices, the following happens:

The Dow and SPX bust through their daily Bollinger Bands and reverse. By bust through, I mean breach in a big way.

The NDX and COMP both breach their respective Bollinger Bands.

What's going on here...LOL

Brian, NDX jumped above its August high this morning, so unless it closes back down below it, and then stays there, Brown's theory does not apply. (BTW, she only counts the close, which is which NDX still has a chance.)
