Dickmo, as I said earlier when I gave him your suggestion he laughed and said who's giving out money these days, and then he thought about it and said that he would look into it. To me I guess that it may be a variable option, so I may not be surprised if it can and will happen that way.
In my opinion I think that he may just try to get the stock to a higher level and sell some stock to pay off some debt. Their is no rush for him to pay of those notes they don't have any plans of converting these notes any time soon, don't forget there is a 4.9% cap. I know that it would be more beneficial for the share holders at this point to know that any major conversion would fall on their heads after they purchased shares. But you and I both know that the note holders are being very friendly with the company, otherwise we would not be having this conversation they would have closed down the company years ago. Things are progressing very nicely here and I am sure that we all want to see it through even the note holders.
Also I don't think you will be getting too many cheap shares from this point on, once that buy back starts I believe that will seal the deal with investor confidence. JMHO
