Why does everyone think the current share price represent a market valuation of MNTA? Or any stock? More correct valuations are analysts estimated of price, and those are often flawed.

It's not like a company can offer 15.50 a share and expect to buy all of MNTA.

All it represents is what someone is willing to pay for a limited number of shares at a particular instance in time. It doesn't represent value and it never did.
