change the rate card to 25 a month for a business with 5 employees or less, 50 bucks a month for any business with 50 employees or less, 100 a month for a business with 100 employees or less, and 500 a month for businesses with over 100 employees, 1,000 for national keywords, and finally 10 bucks for everybody else who wants a keyword.
eliminate the area code rate plan and build consistency across the nation. as i believe it to be unfair to smaller cities, example seattle is 97 a month, and spokane is over 100, it's much easier to sell something that has across the board expenses. and OTS'S easier for accounts receivable to keep track of. kiss (keep it simple stupid) it and they will come.
