The PPS doesn't just magically go to 0001. After an R/S, it can go down due to dumping and/or dilution. It's rare, but I have been in R/S's that have stayed reasonably stable (<25% drop). At 5500 to 1, that's a long way down, they could raise a lot of capital. I don't understand why they released R/S news before the announcing the closing of the Magna deal, and then even more confusing, they haven't followed up on the R/S as soon as possible.
