The cotractor for hauling and excavation will need to know their business inside and out.. Fuel costs are not getting cheaper.. With the talent in the area, I suspect that won't be an issue, however, a concern to not take lightly.. jmo

The 700/oz cost was calculated from their SEC filed data in 2007, but you are correct, it could be marginally different, but my posts are still valid.

Also, the amount of tubes purchased supports full scale production on 3 shifts, its a question of when they get to that.
