if lets say a 2 drug DAA combo is 70-80% and you can add 12 weeks PEG or Riba and get 80-85% add them both and get to 90% (and lets say drop outs are 5% in the 4 Drug regimin) wouldn't a doc push all 4 and do everything possible to keep them on all 4?
