Cass...I gotta know...How the heck are we gonna find out about the Falks.. There has to be some way. Jtdiii is correct.. Even Collier was a bigger stumble bum than Fred..And that takes a lot.. However.. there are thousands of more qualified and ethical people who would gladly take Freds salary and perks..
Helmut Falk replaced Elwood Norris as chairman and CEO in June and took over for Mark Gaspar as president in August. Falk founded DH Technology Inc. and is president and founder of Nanotronics. Norris remains a director. Robert Putnam, CEO of American Technology Corp., is secretary, treasurer and a director. Each is affiliated with Norris Communications Corp.
Therefore if you really want to belive that Fred and Helmut are unrelated, you need to have an explanation as to why Fred "was instrumental in its successful start-up" in DH Technologies founded by Helmut.
