I can only assume so....the girl on the phone was nice enough to try and wade through the mounds of jargin, but when she found the info she said "for every 1 share held the shareholder will be given 250 shares"...she also mentioned the series A preferred stocks, All of this was information contained in the document we saw called 20100805092-97....you can for 4 dollars have it emailed to you, but it will take one week to process the order, so it's kind of moot at this point
