Hi J7P, I was using the Martha Stewart hype as a way to lead into my diatribe about the media and the dumbing down of America. At the same time if an avg Joe had lied to prosecutors and been convicted of this same felony he/she would do some serious time. Granted it is nothing compared to what Ley, Ebbers, Kozlowski, etc. did, but they will probably get light sentences too. There are 2 sets of rules in this country, those for the haves and those for the have nots... It definitely pays to have friends in high places if you catch my drift.
