Solely a chart/technical read ... i think this one was unjustly punished like the majority of other China small-caps. Time for a strong recovery. Hopefully earnings are the catalyst for a big run, but technicals are suggesting a move is coming regardless.
About the cigs imported and FDA, you might want to do some internet research on the imported Indian "bidis" that were evidently quite the rage in some circles of the youth several years ago. Did they need FDA approval before being sold here in the USA (or the equivalent process in Europe)? I don't know. I don't think so, but i could be wrong...
