You're amazing in your logic. Of course, for every share sold, there is a share bought. People are willing to pay more and more for those shares. Wharton didn't invest to get out at even money. They usually expect a 40% return. They are not fools. They will not only hold their shares, they will buy more. This is an exceptional business opportunity for them and they realize it.
