I think it has, I really have the July 23rd as the bottom, though the Naz went lower early in October, the max in sentiments indicators was 7/23. I would count a "safe period" of about 9 months from there, it could be longer, but I doubt we reach a significant high before August of neat year. I'll ave to refine that as the market speak, of course.
