The 1388 is the mid point between the 8/22 ans 9/11/02 tops, it appeared much earlier than that (on the way down ) as a critical point as well, if we do take out 1388 before the end of next week we are going to run into very stiff resistance , IMTO at the 8/22 level (1425).
