The REAL reason I suspect for the "router delay".
Expo Holdings, Inc or rather JD Brown are desperate for some "outs" to the incredibly bad news on the horizon. Namely the fact they are going to miss their $9M to $11M in revenue by a minimum $5.5M IMHO from the BOTTOM end of that estimate. Actually, if they hit $3.5M in 2010 revenues at this point, I will be impressed. Therefore since they refuse to admit to the 2010 absurdly high and totally exagerrated revenue estimate miss NOW rather than misleading people right into the new year and well beyond as they did last year, they are gathering up the lame excuses as they go. The router breakdown will serve to cover up a multitude of evils. The most obvious the enormous shortfall in 2010 revenue estimates. If a retailer or retailers have abandoned them or never actually existed under contract as such to begin with, the "unfortunate" router incident will serve as an excuse for why Expo was dumped. It will also serve as an excuse as to why all the excess and uneeded personnel were on payroll skyrocketing the G&A expenses ("we didn't know it would take that long to fix...and we didn't want our people out of work in this economy..") Yeah, great...the hell with your investors though? They can go and collect "uninvestment insurance" to carry THEM over till the router's fixed, right? And, of course, it is the single best cover for the resumption of massive dilution that one could invent. I have no doubt they will even squeeze a rationale for the coming R/S on the O/S only or the privatization out of the old router failure.
This is just the beginning. What is coming is so bad that there will never be enough even partially credible excuses available to cover up the stink. The router will just serve to excuse part of the inexcusable that has already occurred or is in the planning stages. All IMHO.
