I've been told that they don't have to fill you just because you are buying at the ask whether it's for a partial or full amount.

I trade online, does anyone know if a broker assisted trade will execute faster or are they at the same mercy as us trading online? TIA

I'd be pissed if I had a bid in at the ask and didn't get filled. Call your broker.

I've got Charles Schwab and they've filled my orders pretty quick on the ask. The last time I bought shares of FNDM was probably about 2 weeks ago.
