as for dumping on the pinks the volume doesn't indicate as such.

Looks like a Canadian group pumped the current ND drilling as a gusher and drove the price up without any knowledge. The company put out the halt knowing results haven't been concluded.

1) An operating loss is not the same as debt.
2) My understanding is there was more $$ left over after the sale of teir US assets than the bank debt on the books.
3) As I underdstand it, they have the cash to pay for their announnced drilling plans
4) It is patently stupid to suggest they won't find anything (I don't mean in this hole), but in others they have planned. And yes it takes luck.

I don't know the future, but for now ASR at 47 cents represents a positive return for me (I have averaged down over the years) so I choose to..
