CGYV - China Energy Recovery; I filed this one under 'certain losses' (just like XODG, lol).

Because of your post, I started to check again and it seems that CGYV is now coming back from the dead. I bought it at 1.70 and after a high of 2.00 it went all the way to below .40 (even as low as .20).

Just now I discovered that they issued two PR's last week: on Nov 3 they filed the 2009 10-K and on Nov 5 a PR that they had just won a new contract.

I have not yet done all DD, but in 2009 they made a loss and I have not found anything about 2010. They had dropped to the pink sheets and I basically had written this one off.

Turns out that they had to restate the 2008 figures, but that the corrections were mainly positive (!). The new contract is for 22.7M; this is exactly their turnover for the whole of 2009 (and probably 2010). In addition, it seems that not only have they survived, but they also have managed to find the funds to finalise in Q4 phase I of a (fivefold!) capacity increase (phase II is to be finalised in 2012 and will double this again).

But what most drew my attention was their new accountant: PriceWaterhouseCoopers...CGYV is a 18M Mcap midget, but they have a top-4 accountants firm...

The stock has recently jumped back to 0.60, but I suppose there is still (a lot) more to come.
