What's the meaning of those shares at the non-open market? I would like to know what the free-float/outstandings shares is. Plus, am I correct that this company is just 'started' at the OTC?
100% correct and factual. I may add that prior management was very dishonest. Thus, the huge drop in PPS and dilution through free trading shares. As soon as Francis took over as CEO and majority owner, the clean up began, and his promises have been right on track.
