Additionally USD is still a reserve currency and if hedge funds,institutional investors, sovereign funds decide to run for the hills US economy could be in serious trouble. Liquidity crisis all over again. Additionally if you devalue your currency too much other countries will start putting tarriffs and fees on your goods.
Bottom line every country will try to devalue their currency against others to protect their exports.
