"Values reflected in this summary assume a high end $1.3 billion total enterprise valuation for Reorganized
Tronox, (b) $468 million in funded debt on the effective date of the Plan and (c) 15,000,000 shares outstanding
prior to any warrant exercise, which translates into a price of $55.46 per share at a $1.3 billion total enterprise
valuation. This summary is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Modified Plan and the New Warrant
Agreement. To the extent of any conflict between this summary and the Modified Plan or the New Warrant
Agreement, the Modified Plan or the New Warrant Agreement, as applicable, shall control."

Yes...all the numbers point in that direction, I don't see how in any shape or form you can deny a strong come out 1.45b ev with massive up potential. What it comes out at as to what it trades for in six months are two different things. say a modest 1.8 cap puts pps at around 88.8.

as you said...a .03 shares on one warrant. I mean what does that put the value of the warrant at? around 14 bucks? anyone??

exhchane tradable warrants?

you do not want to compare huntsman or dupont with tronox.
Huntsman is involved with more businesses than you care to know
about and have huge amounts of debt.
Kronos is almost similar to tronox and should be comapred to them.
also, we are talking about ev and not market cap. if you talk on
ev of 1.5BN and debt of 500M than the market cap will be 1BN and
not 1.5.
I do not understand why people keep confusing the two things.
When you tank exit from bk you talk ev because the new equity is
not there yet.
