No, not at all. Why would he attempt to revive applications that had been deemed abandoned? Moro has attempted to continue with both US and European patent applications that were abandoned.
IMO, it was the lack of funds in 2009 that caused him to abandon them.
You do not know what the results of any patent application will be until an examiner gives his opinion. Until then, it is just a crap shoot, more hope than anything else.
