Funny how bashers love to twist things around...lol

First of all the samples were shipped to the FDS Laboratory (a certified analytical lab) in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Mr. Andrei Yasinskij a geological advisor for SAEIE received the findings from the laboratory and him as the qualified person in the company interpreted the findings from the lab. The samples were tested by a lab, no where does it said SAEI did their own testing. Regarding the conflict of interest in him being a Board of Directors and being the qualified person, that just don't make sense at all. In different industries, the company is required by law (ex. OSHA) to have qualified person in the company for a certain task. In construction, they need a "qualified person" to set up scaffold and take it down, so it's safe for their employees. This "qualified person" is the sole responsible if this scaffold is not set up correct and someone get hurt or dies.

A qualified person is defined in the National Instrument as:

-is an engineer or geoscientist with at least five years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development or operation or mineral project assessment, or any combination of these;

-has experience relevant to the subject matter of the mineral project and the technical report; and

-is in good standing with a professional association and, in the case of a foreign association (is of recognised stature within that Organisation)

Second, I believe the 8K and the 10K was a typo. The 8K filed Dec 2009 was wrong in the new 10K filed February 2010 was corrected.

Third

The "raise substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going conceren"...

Interesting how you forgot to mention the whole quote:

"Its ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the ability of the Company to generate profitable operations in the future and/or to obtain the necessary financing to meet its obligations and repay its liabilities arising from normal business operations when they come due...There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in obtaining such financing, or that it will attain positive cash flow from operations"

But "On April 7, 2010, the Company announced the execution of an agreement with Melco Investments, Ltd. (“MIL”), providing for a $10,000,000 financing."

Last but certainly not least,
You have never posted on this board in the past. You went through a few filings and tried to twist things around. Your loss if you sold and are trying to get in tomorrow...LOL
