You can contact the SEC and let them know how much money you invested and lost in this scam.
Also, you should consult a securities fraud attorney regarding filing a law suit. You may want to get a hold of other EIGH shareholders and pool your resources and see what you can do as a group.
It is time the SEC heard from those who actually own shares of EIGH. We need to complain to the SEC about the abusive naked shorting that is being practiced here. Please take the time to call the Boston Office of the SEC@ 617-573-8900 and ask them to address this issue while they investigate the others mentioned in their suspension notice. This is your opportunity to take a stand and if they hear from enough of us they will not be able to sweep the issue under the rug.
