I hear ya, the biggest problem is Kuni travels everywhere (probably 1st class on our dime) but getting all the info and geting it looked at by an attorney takes sometime.

you need to realize that Kuni is not necessarily the major player in this deal and that wording as well as the information relayed in every one of PIHN's PRs are extremely thought out and reviewed before they are published to the public.

How many eyes do you think will see this PR before they release it?

I'll list them....
Kuni, Naoto, manager of Polaris Tech. (not sure who he/she is), probably Chuck, Mr. Einhorn, CEO of unnamed company, board of directors of unnamed company, etc. etc.

not to mention edits... back and forth back and forth
