...it is YOU that is being "naive" if you think that's the way things work around here. While I know nothing about the character's situation that you responded to...I DO know my situation.
Allow me to use your contention to make my point.

Funny you would say that...because that IS exactly what a small clan of cretins do here at iHub. They rarely if ever post anything of substance...and even MORE rarely...EVER talk about STOCKS ! They are allowed (by Matt) to roam from board to board like hyenas and attack other posters with complete immunity. Believe me...I know ! I posted a very simple question to Matt on his Q & A board (#50115)...a board Matt has repeatedly said would not be used for "chit chat" (his words) and I was attacked by these hyenas with the full knowledge and tacit approval of Matt. When I TOS'd the barrage of merciless personal attacks that followed, and then spilled over into the "Parking Lot"...my TOS reports were completely ignored. When it became apparent that Matt wasn't going to do a damn thing about what was happening (I remind you...all because I dared ask a question on his Q & A board) I responded to these cretins in kind. That's when Matt stepped in...but ONLY after days of these hyenas taking their vile and sexually-vulgar shots at me.

There can be little doubt that when I say here (from Jail) that..."Paulie, you're a sick bastard!"...I am stating fact. And anyone who read Paulie's posts (now removed) can attest to that. But, make no mistake...he was not alone ! The others were just as guilty. It was just that Paulie was the one that went..."too far" !
NEVER...NOWHERE...EVER...did I post anything (in the "Parking Lot" mind you) that came EVEN CLOSE to what was directed at me. So what WAS my crime you ask ? After days and days of personal, sexually-vulgar attacks and abusive posts...I posted a couple of humerous poems/limericks ! There was absulutely NO PROFANITY in these 2 poems/limericks ! And yet, they were deleted...and I was thrown in Jail !
NOT WARNED...as Paulie was, in the post from Matt that I quoted above. JAILED !!!
So, you see...things here at iHub are NOT as you say, with all due respect.
