Again the question is why a possible R/S. May be this scenario

1- R/S and transfer to a possible new co
2- Small capital structure
3- Price increase
4- AUDIT
5- Listing the share on the new co on the OTCBB
6- Raising easy the capital required for the new BP and Marketing
7- Increase revenues and earnings and boost price to high level

Again it's a supposition.
