Because again, there are many ways to skin a cat: John Bordynuik, Inc CIK#: 0001415602

Better question: Why does the connection to the 2nd company always get the brush-off?

Edit: suggestion-- so the board doesn't complain about re-hashing (legitimate), why don't you put these tidbits of info in the iBox?

So why isn't he getting one cent in salary as CEO of JBII?????.....z]

Good question..z.., as we know that honest John would never take a single penny out of the company for personal use...never..., because he is Honest John. Wonder where the money went when he sold share's for 2 buck's a share privately in May of this year when there was a pipe of 4 buck's to the public, hmmmmmm, wonder if these were share's sold privately and it said that maybe other things were done with these share's...hmmmmmm

Very good question. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the CEO can sell as many shares he wants in private transactions, just not on the open market. So when he has PIPES, wouldn't it be real easy to, as you suggested, have one at $4 then sell his own shares for $2 to the special people (family and friends) that way the money goes in his pocket and not the companies.

"and in the end we are setting up a value-based manager in here, the way it should be in every company, which is basically we don’t get paid unless the shareholders gain value. "

"In the end, we’re putting in together a value-based management model where we will be based on couple of percent of EBITDA and that’s what management will end up taking home. So, our gains are really based on the shareholder gains."

John Boy went from saying management was only gonna get paid a percentage of EBITDA, to signing an employment agreement based on a simple air permit. Sounds like even the CEO isn't so sure P2O can be profitable. Speaking of salary, several have challenged John to prove this isn't a sham by disclosing whether or not his family and friends have dumped shares. So far he has refused to answer the question. Seems like an easy one to me. If family and friends really had faith, they would still have most of their shares and John would be proud to let shareholders know this. But once again silence from JBI.

Also if you remember John Bordynuik, Inc. was paid by JBI for the tape business assets. Where did that money go? Did John Disperse it to the early shareholders? Did he pocket it himself? Anyone know?
