Irv...I don't understand where you are coming from.....I do not question your friend....I question the fact that a knowledgeable person familiar with the carpet industry and knowing the Dalton area does not know about Arrow....Dalton is a very small town and I don't understand that he has not heard of them...strange....more smoke......that is why I asked if any one had called ARROW....
