The only thing he knew for sure was the size of the o/s which was in the 10Q and he had a cert in his briefcase of a cert for 2.7b shares. No other shares have been issued and he was not going to dilute any. So I would say the float worse case is 917m area. Look at Knight_78's post. He is dead on with what I was told. It is in the sticky. If the board has any questions that they would like me to ask him, make a list and I will more than willing to ask them and report back. He actually answers the phone and wants to hit this head on.
