I am WILDLY ASSED GUESSING that the permit will be for one processor.
What JB does beyond that will be a discussion for a future date.
If he is permitted for one processor, he can't simply add more processors without amending the permit, right? That would be a really laughable loophole in the DEC's administration of air quality.
they can install all they want.....if the permit as issued (whenever that will be) allows more than one processor to be connected to the same stack in a run-condition remains to be seen......
