While I usually don't give credibility to posts that contain obnoxious laughs and rhetorical questions, I do in a way agree with your point. If it's true that the deal is in jeopardy, I don't believe it was the doing of one man making daily calls. There must have been more to it, and those phone calls were just the tipping point. Just IMO.

I agree. An annoying shareholder is not going to stop whatever it is they are building. Give me a break as well.
