Absolutely, there was. It was filmed in 2000, titled 'Left Behind', starring Kirk Cameron. But, the books are much more compelling.

There is also a movie. They interview teenagers on the news whenever something is released about The Left Behind series books or productions.
I wonder if they'll do something about this game for the holidays?
