I understand the different machinations, and I've read some of your other posts here and on the Lehman board--your posts appear thoughtful and well articulated--but I think, based upon the most recent rulings and examiner's report, this is a very long shot now...and most likely a good short play. That is anathema around these boards and I'm sure I'll be chastised and ignored, but getting from this point to actual payout of the preferreds above 1% is going to be a tough slog. IMO. Good luck if you're, as they say, long till the end.
