NO - I do not believe there are "quiet" deals - unless they are desparate ones

That would be a further injustice to the shareholders

There are "things" that could be said to indicate that mgmnt "cares" about its investors, who continue to invest through all this SILENCE!

Cisckid bang on dude. This silence IMO only means big things being worked out here. BIG. Don't be surprised if a PR is still weeks away folks, and the longer this goes, I think the better chance we have at something huge IMO.
