cj is right about IB, they often have shares to short on penny stocks

cj, for most of most stocks on OTCBB and pinksheets, it's a pump when people say 'shorting', because it's actually the company which is selling tons of new shares when the volumes are huge.

I'm a holder of SAEIE, I just don't like people say 'shorting' to pump it.
