Hey bigred. I don't post here anymore, but i read from time to time. Your post gave me a much needed laugh. I'm a long here and know that the pps will come back. I'm not worried about the pps as much as getting approval. The fda didn't mention the images, software ect, so i feel with the right consultant, this could be pushed through in a timely manner. I don't listen to all the negatives here, these posters should leave, especially if they have no skin in the game. Most of their posts have nothing behind them, but having said that, we'll get the last laugh here. Didn't mean to rant, just got a kick out of your post.

Yes but he will be going before them again so if the rational is not to show the investment community his device and imagery for fear of upsetting the fDA..his comments in the CC could come back and bite him. Also whats the CEO going to say in the situation? It all my fault? The device doesn't work...of course he going to soft peddle or act as if it was a complete surprise. Just like when a company reports a crappy qtr...its always due to some temporary force that crimped margins. All BS..FACTS are FACTS. The device/application or some other aspect is deficient in some area. Dean says its administrative issues but thats a smoke screen...He can;t tell us as that would blow the lid off into Low earth Orbit.
