I hear ya dom, but fianancier isn't the only one involved in this stock and isn't the only one who has been negatively affected by Dean's business tactics. A lot of people are losing money and hope for a turn-a-round. I would concur that fin's problems are related to Dean. But if there is going to be a lock on QASP, per fin, I don't think it's asking too much to see documentation, etc. and/or credible support to that affect. A lock is very, very detrimental and serious to pps, so one has to use extreme caution when making such pronouncements.
IMO, QASP is in no jeopardy of a lock nor a SEC investigation given the work and accountability by the new management team.
I am chomping at the bit for news from QASP management, but recognize it might be a while longer. So I do understand the impatience on this board...I'm very impatient!!!
