Because there is over $1 million on the balance sheet which should be plenty to get through the appeal/resubmission/lawsuit and, if it isn't, then there are still other sources available. Nothing has really changed. This is still a groundbreaking machine. The FDA is having major problems in trying to clear 510s so they have come up with some ridiculous reasons for NSE. These will be cleared up - just when, not if.

They secured 1M from an institutional investor that has clauses in it that can turn into 4M if need be.

Because they are jumping in and then jumping OUT !! It's called day trading and there is money to be made if you are slick enough.
