Teva's version was made in 3999AD, in a secret Israeli lab buried within 'The Great Pyramid of Giza'. It was then sent back in time for Teva to submit to the FDA. MNTA stands no chance of sole generic. Sorry folks :(
As far as "sameness'" I think they are throwing this term around beyond the FDA intent. I don't think anyone disputes that t-Lovenox is an effective anticoagulant, but is it the "same" as m-enox. Most likely it is not.
Sadly, it's probably only Momenta that has the tools to determine this. Maybe the FDA can hire Momenta to test T-Enox.
