I don't doubt that those you are talking to are telling you that is a possibility, considering what happened to you. However, I think that justice will be better served by letting Jeff try to salvage what he can of this mess and limiting your legal actions to DB. Lock him up and throw away the key.

And if you want anything out of this besides revenge and making others suffer like you have, you'll try to separate Dean from the company and just go after him, except when it comes to receiving proper payment for what you are owed. Keep in mind you won't have a chance of getting anything if qasp is shut down.
