One important fact remains, that is the statement from Mr McKillens lawyers that they may bring an application for leave to appeal the decision. What are the implications of this probable appeal (and the associated delay) to FGBF'S plans.

So what events are we looking forward to now that this is out of the way?

I'm thinking that FGBF was waiting for this to be cleared before they start putting out updates to the shareholders.

Things are slowly coming together for this as pieces of this puzzle are coming to light.
